Current direction (16 October 2026): maintain the existing Yii applications as they are, in this single repository, single-tenant, with easy deployment. The multi-tenant platform blueprint below is shelved and will not be developed. A shared virtual-number VOIP calling product integrated with a CRM is under consideration instead (To Be Discussed).
